INVITATION TO REGISTER AS AN APPROVED SUPPLIER (2025-2027)

SYLVA FOOD SOLUTIONS LIMITED, a wholly Zambian-owned leader in the hospitality sector, invites established and reputable companies to apply for inclusion in our roster of approved suppliers. We are seeking long-term partnerships with vendors of high-quality goods, works, and services for the 2025-2027 financial years.

CATEGORIES OF SUPPLY

We are seeking Vendors in the following categories. Please specify the category you are applying for in your submission.

▪Office & Administrative: Stationery and general office supplies
▪Health & Safety: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
▪Food & Beverage (water, drinks & energy drinks)
▪Fresh vegetables (tomatoes, carrots, bale peppers, green beans, egg plants, rape, spinach, impwa, onions)
▪Spices, maize, beans, and groundnuts
▪ Assorted beverages
▪Powdered ginger,Moringa powder
▪Dairy products (goat meats, milk, eggs, beef, kapenta, fish,Game meats)

▪Operational & Cleaning:
▪Packaging materials
▪Cooking oil, flour, sugar & salt
▪Assorted cleaning materials

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Your sealed submission must be clearly marked "Registration of Suppliers 2025/2027" and indicate your chosen category.

Please include the following documents in your application:

▪Company Profile: Including your physical address, contact number, and email.
▪Financial Records: Most recent audited accounts or six months of bank statements. (Companies registered less than six months should provide all available bank statements.)
▪Statutory Documents:
▪Certificate of Registration/Incorporation
▪ZRA Registration Certificate and a valid Tax Clearance Certificate statutory documents for your trade.
▪References: Proof of past and current trade references.
