1. Human Resource Assistant – 1 Position
2. Logistics Officers – 2 Positions
3. Data Clerks – 2 Positions
4. Mechanics – 2 Positions
5. Auto Electrician – 1 Position

6. HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT

Requirements:
▪️ Diploma in Human Resource Management or Public Administration.
▪️ 1–2 years' relevant HR experience.
▪️ Valid ZIHRM Practicing Certificate.

Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Employee onboarding.
▪️ Maintaining employee records.
▪️ General HR administration.
▪️ Preparing employment contracts.
▪️ Payroll input.

NOTE: Contract is One year, renewable.

1. LOGISTICS OFFICERS (2 POSITIONS)

Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Managing inventory.
▪️ Communicating instructions to drivers when changes arise.
▪️ Receiving driver complaints and escalating issues where necessary.

1. DATA CLERKS (2 POSITIONS)

Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Entering information from physical forms into the computer system.
▪️ Verifying data and correcting errors.
▪️ Maintaining records and filing documents.
▪️ Generating reports.

1. MECHANICS (2 POSITIONS)

Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Inspecting and diagnosing mechanical faults.
▪️ Repairing trucks and equipment.
▪️ Conducting routine maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations.

1. AUTO ELECTRICIAN (1 POSITION)

Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Installing and maintaining vehicle electrical systems.
▪️ Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults.
▪️ Servicing electrical and electronic systems in cars and trucks.
