Job Summary

Kasempa Kreations seeks a skilled Metal Fabricator (Welder) to produce and repair metal components and frames used in our custom furniture, workshop fixtures, and related fabrication work, to a high standard of accuracy and finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Cut, shape, and weld metal components using MIG, arc, and/or TIG welding methods
• Fabricate metal frames, brackets, and fittings for furniture and workshop use
• Carry out grinding, finishing, and fitting of fabricated parts
• Perform routine maintenance and repair of metal equipment and structures
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality requirements
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a metal fabricator/welder
• Proficiency in MIG and/or arc welding; TIG welding an added advantage
• Ability to read technical and fabrication drawings
• Sound knowledge of fabrication tools, equipment, and safety practices
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliability and strong work ethic
