Take ownership of HR and workforce mobilisation for JEM in a demanding mining environment.
We need a hands-on professional who works under pressure, meets strict deadlines and gets personnel ready for site without avoidable delays.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
▪️ Drive recruitment, onboarding, medical bookings, fitness-for-work clearances, inductions, competency records and site-access approvals.
▪️ Liaise with the client, mine and service providers; resolve outstanding requirements and report mobilisation progress to management.
▪️ Track approvals and expiry dates; arrange renewals before they disrupt work.
▪️ Manage contracts, employee records, attendance, payroll inputs and employee relations; maintain labour and site compliance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

▪️ Degree in HR Management, Industrial Relations or a related field; current ZIHRM membership and practising credentials, as applicable.
▪️ 7+ years in HR, including 3+ years in a senior or management role within mining or mining contracting.
▪️ Proven mine mobilisation experience, strong Excel and document-control skills, and sound knowledge of Zambian employment requirements.
▪️ Contactable references confirming delivery under pressure and successful coordination with major mining clients and contractors.
