VMEN POWER TECHNOLOGY ENERGY COMPANY LTD is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven Sales Agents to join our growing team in Lusaka.

Position: Sales Agent
Location: Lusaka, Great East Road

Key Responsibilities

▪️ Identify and approach potential customers.
▪️ Promote and sell diesel generators, solar systems, and related products.
▪️ Generate new sales leads and maintain customer relationships.
▪️ Conduct site visits and prepare quotations.
▪️ Follow up with customers until sales are completed.
▪️ Meet monthly sales targets.
▪️ Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Requirements

▪️ Grade 12 Certificate.
▪️ Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
▪️ Previous sales experience is an added advantage.
▪️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
▪️ Able to work independently and under minimum supervision.
▪️ Must be honest, hardworking, and target-oriented.
▪️ Knowledge of generators, solar products, or electrical equipment is an added advantage.
▪️ Must be able to use a smartphone and basic Microsoft Office applications.
