Location: Chingola and Chilibombwe, Copperbelt Province
Industry: Mining

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Human Resources Manager to join a reputable mining company based in Chingola and Chilibombwe.

Key Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably within the mining industry.
- Must be a fully paid-up member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
- Proven experience in payroll administration and the use of payroll management systems.
- Strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws, HR best practices, and mining health and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Public Administration
