Job Description
The Marketing and Business Development Officer will focus entirely on finding new clients and growing our business. The successful candidate will build strong relationships, secure contracts, and promote our brand. This position is purely dedicated to sales and visibility.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration.
Must hold a valid, active membership with the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM).
1 to 2 years of proven success in a sales or marketing role with a clear passion for closing deals.
Proactively research and target potential clients across our target sectors to find new business opportunities.
Deliver proposals, handle objections, and negotiate contract terms to secure recruitment and consultancy business.
Manage local marketing activities and represent Pillar at industry events to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
