We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to spearhead our product promotion and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between market research and direct sales, identifying new trends and converting insights into actionable sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

▪️Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies.
▪️Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive, data-backed marketing and sales plans that align with our overall business objectives.
▪️Product Promotion: Create engaging marketing campaigns and promotional materials to increase brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
▪️Sales Execution: Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and meeting or exceeding established sales targets.
▪️Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and gathering feedback.
▪️Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales metrics and campaign performance, providing regular reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

▪️Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related commercial role.
▪️Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
▪️Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret market trends and consumer data to make informed strategic decisions.
▪️Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with persuasive presentation abilities.
▪️Tech Savviness: Proficiency with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and data analytics.
