Job Description
LODGE MANAGER WANTED
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lodge Manager to oversee the daily operations of our lodge and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. Based in Solwezi/Lumwana
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day lodge operations
Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security, and support staff
Ensure excellent customer service and guest experiences
Handle bookings, check-ins, and guest inquiries
Monitor lodge finances, stock control, and reporting
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation
Coordinate maintenance and property upkeep
Requirements:
Previous experience in lodge, hotel, hospitality, or guesthouse management
Strong leadership and staff management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Computer literacy (email, bookings, reports, Microsoft Office)
Honest, reliable, and able to work independently
Valid driver's licence will be an added advantage
