Role Description
The Accountant will be responsible for managing daily financial records, reconciliations, reporting, and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.
Key duties include:
▪️Maintaining accurate accounting records.
▪️Preparing financial reports
Performing bank, cash and loan reconciliations.
▪️Monitoring customer accounts and financial transactions
Supporting budgeting and financial planning.
▪️Assisting with compliance and audit requirements.
▪️Providing financial insights to support business decisions.
Qualifications & Skills
▪️Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
▪️Experience in accounting, microfinance, banking or financial services preferred.
▪️Strong knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliations.
▪️Good understanding of financial controls and compliance.
▪️Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
▪️Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
▪️High level of integrity and professionalism.
▪️Should be a Chirundu resident or residing near Chirundu.

We are looking for a committed and experienced Branch Manager to lead our branch operations and support our expansion.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a growing organization, taking ownership, building teams, and contributing to strong systems and branch growth.
Role Description
The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage the loan portfolio, lead the branch team, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key duties include:
▪️Managing branch operations and daily activities.
▪️Supervising and supporting field officers.
▪️Monitoring loan performance, collections and repayments.
▪️Ensuring proper loan documentation and processes.
▪️Growing the branch customer base.
▪️Preparing branch performance reports.
▪️Maintaining strong customer relationships.
▪️Ensuring compliance with Dosh policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
▪️Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Banking or related field.
▪️Experience in microfinance, banking or financial services preferred.
▪️Experience managing a team and working with targets.
▪️Strong understanding of lending and collections
▪️Good leadership and communication skills.
▪️Ability to analyse reports and make decisions.
▪️High integrity and accountability.
▪️Computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets/loan systems) an advantage.
