We are located along Mungwi Road Plot No 1938 B/1/2, Lusaka.

POSITIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for motivated and skilled individuals to fill the following positions listed:

1. Bricklayers

Minimum of 3 years proven work experience
Must be skilled in block laying, plastering, concrete works, and interpretation of construction measurements and layouts

2. Carpenters

Minimum of 3 years proven work experience
Must be proficient in formwork, framing, roofing, finishing carpentry, and use of carpentry tools

3. Plumbers

Minimum of 3 years proven work experience
Must be experienced in installation, maintenance, and repair of water systems, drainage systems, and sanitary fittings

4. Mechanics

Minimum of 2 years proven work experience
Must be able to diagnose, service, and repair light and heavy-duty vehicles/equipment

5. Drivers

Minimum of 5 years driving experience
Must possess a valid Class C Manual Driver’s Licence
Must have good knowledge of road safety regulations and vehicle maintenance

6. PSV Drivers

Minimum of 5 years driving experience
Must possess a valid Class CE Driver’s Licence
Must have experience in passenger transportation and adherence to PSV regulations and safety standards

7. Human Resource Manager

Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
Must be knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, labour laws, payroll coordination, and HR administration

8. Construction Site Health & Safety Manager

Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
Must be experienced in implementing site safety procedures, conducting risk assessments, safety training, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

9. Workshop Operations Manager

Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
Must be capable of supervising workshop operations, managing staff and equipment, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring operational efficiency
General Requirements
Must be hardworking, honest, and self-motivated
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Traceable references will be an added advantage
