Technical Support Specialist

Hanchu Zambia is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide reliable technical assistance and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical systems and a commitment to delivering quality service.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

* Completed Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) electrical systems.
* Ability to read and interpret technical and electrical drawings.
* Proficiency in MS Office packages.
* Experience in Renewable Energy is an added advantage.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and flexible, with a willingness to work overtime and travel when required.
* Possession of a driver’s license and own vehicle is an advantage.
