Job Description
Hanchu Zambia is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to deliver excellent customer service while supporting our sales operations.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or Finance (an added advantage).
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
* Hands-on experience with ZRA Smart Invoice system.
* Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
* Background in customer service.
* Ability to create sales orders, quotations, and invoices using an accounting system.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
* Excellent administrative, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
