Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Financial Strategist & Property Manager to join our team in Lusaka. This role combines financial planning, investment analysis, and hands-on property management.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Investment

Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth
Conduct feasibility studies and investment analysis for property projects
Monitor and report on portfolio performance
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Identify new real estate investment opportunities

Property Management

Oversee daily operations of residential/commercial properties
Manage tenants, lease agreements, and occupancy rates
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections
Ensure compliance with local regulations
Maximize rental income and asset value

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years experience in finance, real estate, or property management
Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field
Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
Proven experience managing property portfolios
Knowledge of the Zambian property market is an advantage
Strong communication and leadership skills
High professionalism and attention to detail
