Dairy Supervisor

Company Overview:
Ntapanza Farms is a well-established farming operation dedicated to sustainable, high-quality livestock production. We are currently seeking a Dairy Supervisor to take charge of daily operations, animal care, and staff coordination.

- This opportunity is best suited to individuals who have lived in a village or worked on a farm, especially with experience in beef or dairy cattle care.
- The farm is located in a remote rural area with limited network connectivity and is far from the nearest town.
- Candidates must be comfortable living and working in a rural environment with minimal amenities.
- Only serious applicants who can adapt to and thrive under rural hardship conditions should apply.
- Applicants must be 40 years or older and willing to commit to long-term rural living and work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily dairy operations and herd management.
- Lead hands-on milking and dairy herd care.
- Monitor feeding, animal health, and milk hygiene protocols.
- Coordinate task assignments and daily workflows for dairy staff.
- Report any issues to the Beef Manager or ownership and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support implementation of sustainable farming practices.

Requirements:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in beef or dairy cattle care and general farm operations.
- Strong understanding of cattle nutrition, health, and pasture management.
- Proven leadership and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience living or working in remote, rural environments.
- Knowledge of sustainable and regenerative farming practices is an advantage.
