Eng. Bertha Mwamba is a seasoned Metallurgical Engineer with over 17 years of experience in Zambia’s energy, refining, and industrial sectors. She has built a strong track record in operations leadership, quality management systems, and process optimization, with extensive experience in refinery operations and metallurgical processes.

Currently associated with Indeni Energy, Bertha has played a key role in driving operational efficiency, improving product quality, and supporting strategic industrial initiatives. Her expertise spans engineering design review, infrastructure development, and aligning technical projects with regulatory and business requirements.

A Fellow of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (FEIZ), she is passionate about advancing the engineering profession, promoting sustainable industrial development, and strengthening the voice of chemical and metallurgical engineers within the industry.
